All I’m getting at is that folks should understand what rights they’re getting with the crypto they buy: whether it be a limited license for use with a utility token or some mix of stockholder rights (voting, accounting, equity, dividends) with a security token. Every investment has its own twists and turns, and it’s incumbent upon the buyer to understand what they’re purchasing, no matter what label it carries.
